And I know the spotify userbase is bigger now but the apk change balances it out, i went to check the charts on 2020 and we had songs with +6M streams on 1#, now with the apk change DWAS pulls similar numbers lol So yeah

Are we calling the likes of Bruno Mars and Ariana Grande flops? I don't see why fans can't just make peace with the fact that all but like two of Gaga's #1s have had another person's name on them. It doesn't diminish the accomplishment. Girly literally has every track on her new album charting Imagine still being insecure over the fact that a song like DWAS would have done MR numbers without Bruno or Shallow would have gone nowhere without the movie. Her career is old enough to legally drink in the US and she's still killing it. No need for this discourse tbh.

Using her daughter's name to make money with Meet and Greets No shade, but this family is more and more unlikeable the more things we find I would hate if Gagas mum did this

I dont know if this had been discussed by someone else yet: In my mind Don't Call Tonight is about her father, and their political differences. All of those lyrics make so much sense if you, for example, place them on election night. "Don't call tonight, unless you wanna hurt me. Don't call tonight, it's not because you care" Gaga also literally has Joe's eyes: "And in the mirror I get weak, at the girl staring back at me, they're your eyes, they're your eyes" These lines also go perfectly for someone you love because they're family, but you completely disagree on world views: "You pull me close and knock me down, then I beg to come back around, I'm so addicted to your lies" Am I delusional for this?
