I have to admit, much of the album has to grow on me. Besides the 3 singles we already had, the only other 2 songs I liked a lot on first listen was Perfect Celebrity and The Beast But the beast, its getting lower streams and little attention in this fan base but what a beautiful melody and such a feel good vibe

I mean. That may not be what happened. But she has made it very clear she was kinda disconnected from the process. Letting demos from multiple producers happen. Trying to hide out on her porch and being dragged back into the studio. Writing and wanting 1000 Doves as a ballad but being told it should be a dance song. Her showing Blood what she was working on and him ripping into it and saying it was bad and inauthentic and making her cry before starting the work on Chromatica. It just overall did not seem like a great process from what we do know…

Just thinking how it’s quite amazing to me that I have liked, if not absolutely loved, every single album Gaga has ever released. More than that, I actually obsessed about every single album that she came out with, (with the one exception of Joanne, which I did like and listened to a lot at the time, but I knew at the time it was never my fave). Even the jazz albums had long periods of time where they were on repeat and I got to learn every word of their American songbook classics. Ever her remix albums had their moments. I love a lot of artists but there’s always one album that I end up not connecting with. With Britney I do t think I ever made it through Glory more than once. With Madonna, I never got Madame X. I mean, I’m also talking about artists that have long careers, like I love Chappell’s only album. But it remains to be seen how the entire discography falls. It’s even more amazing to me that Gaga has achieved this with me having released such a truly diverse discography covering so many different genres. Does anyone else have artists that they loved every single album?
