I was like I’m not trying to be insensitive to the devastation LA has been through. I just want an official, concrete, justifiable reason as to why this was decided. Why they couldn’t sing their Grammy-winning hit on the biggest night in music. We can speculate to the end of the earth but what is the REAL REASON? Everyone got to perform their nominated song… we even WON THE GRAMMY and didn’t perform it… make it make SENSE. Why, of all the artists sitting there with nothing to do, we had to be the ones subjected to a tribute. Two legendary artists with the best collaboration in years, with a timeless love song literally sitting at #1 on the charts, given a two minute slot to do a last minute cover.
