I’ve seen a couple people say this song based on the snippet is not gp friendly at all. Which imo, we have no idea what it truly sounds like. And also, what do you guys want? The fanbase has been complaining for years that she plays it too safe and that she watered down Chromatica for radio. And in this day and age, I feel like anything can be a hit. Look at last years pop, everything was so different. Bloody Mary became huge out of nowhere, let her do her thing and if it’s a hit, sweet.

I'm extremely disappointed in what this fanbase has become. Never in a million years I'd even think about starting online petitions or fan actions to make an artist (not only Gaga, literally anyone) change something official because I don't like it. Paired with all the complaining about every single detail that comes out, it's getting problematic. I don't like everything Gaga does and I think the alternate covers are better than the standard one (especially the one on the white vinyl), but I don't see how it can impact the quality of either the music, its reception or the era. What is impacting it and killing the vibe or whatever is the constant downpour of negativity towards anything Gaga does because it doesn't meet your dream gay bop and cunty imagery, which by the way doesn't automatically translate to great. Now sad and lmao me all you want, if it makes you feel better, I just wanted to express my feelings towards this mentality.

Most of the time when directors or actors speak about their project's failures, they find a way to blame anyone but themselves—be it the audience, studio execs, the current political/social climate, etc. I've seen many people praise Gaga's response because that's exactly what she's not doing. And she's right. Sometimes people just don't like stuff and as an artist in the public eye, you've got to accept that. I don't expect her to talk about Joker unless she's directly prompted to, but it's good to see that she hasn't taken it personally.

I ****ing hate the online reception of that movie - and im not talking about civilized conversations and critisism( i also have many problems with this movie in general) - but about stupid, sheep-minded trolls on the internet. i just hate stupid people that are like ,,bro this movie ass” and when you ask them why they answer ,,musical bad” - like they should really consider donating their smooth, barely existing brains to science, cause its baffling how anyone could be that dumb( but then again, majority of the US voted for an orange-coloured felon so) sorry for my rant, i just hate how overhated it is, but im pretty sure she will bounce back on her next acting project and (yet again) proove everyone wrong
