If not, he's calling Government Hooker and Scheiße "cheap electric dance pop", which wouldn't make sense because those songs are not that in any universe. The context is that he's basically reassuring the original poster than their dream/nightmare about the song isn't true because it in fact sounds like Government Hooker and Scheiße.
