Who ever said the scene was edited because of the leaked footage? Shooting outdoors is always a risk for filmmakers, especially when it comes to highly anticipated projects. There's a thousand other more valid reasons why a certain scene might be cut or altered, and this rings true to the scene that's being discussed. At this point in the film, there was tonally no point getting another big musical number.

According the Harlequin credits on booklets, Gaga recorded all of the album at Dragonfly studio in Malibu and a huge part of it in Las Vegas. She only did some additional recordings at Shangri LA studio for That's Life. So yeah basically all of the studio pics from July 2023 to May 2024 are for LG7.

As a diehard fan of Lady Gaga, I can tell you that the past few days have been tough for fans of the movie Joker: Folie à Deux. It received negative reviews from critics and performed poorly at the box office. How are you coping with this as a fan? Any crazy stories? "Dear GAGA, we love you and we will always be with you no matter what happens!"

Poor quality of life. When people get settled into a bad situation (inflation, price gouging, distribution of wealth inequality, etc.) and they get tired of spectacle, they get resentful of polish and unattainable aesthetic and reach for relatability.

What is there to cope with? Critical reception means nothing to me I loved the movie and I love the Harlequin album! I'm excited for the LG7 Lead and excited for what she has in store for us Just a couple weeks ago I was so down on Gaga wondering why I couldn't find joy in anything she's done. Even listening to Joanne (my favorite album) did nothing for me. I can't speak for all white female singers but for Taylor Swift, she writes relatable lyrics. She has a broad range so she is able to balance a mix of serious gems for acclaim, and also simple and catchy singles for the charts. I think her biggest advantage is that her lyrics have always reflected her life. Fearless was written in 2007 when she was in high school, and then 1989 got released in 2014 when she moved NYC and went fully into pop. People literally grew up with her and related to her different life stages along the way. Her influence is huge so I can see why others are copying her style. I don't see how it's basic though. I think she is one of the best songwriters of this generation.

This whole phenomenon is so strange to me. I never understood the success of the first movie. ButI also don't understand the failure of the sequel. It's far from terrible. Makes more interesting choices than most Hollywood sequels. Beetlejuice Beetlejuice by comparison was so boring and unnecessary. There's something happening with thi sequel that's different from the first at least. People hating it this much feels weird.
