I think the big misconception from your post is the idea that she's changing sounds depending on audience and critical reception. In the same way she changes her appearance all the time, she enjoys experimenting with different genres, not because of how it will be received, but because she wants to. In the same way Charli or Lana have consistency in their careers, change is Gaga's constant. None of these 3 women give a ****, and that translates in different ways. You also have to remember that when The Fame came out, dance pop wasn't trendy at all, but she stuck with it and the industry did catch up eventually.

Okay. I'm giving myself a limit of mid-September. If nothing has happened by mid-September, the album is coming in 2025. With all the imagery, bats, "hollywood's a ghost town", monsters, trolls and everything else, it's obvious that Halloween would be the perfect time to release. That means if by mid-September nothing's happened, it's coming in 2025.

What's wrong with an artist wanting to make sure she/he's happy with her/his art? Especially with the art she/he presents to the audience. I mean, of course, she shouldn't have then announced LG7 in the CBT movie, but anyway, changes happen, and it's important that she's confident in the project she's working on. It is better for her to take time to ensure that the project is of high quality, than to release the project without being sure about it and that the project is not of high quality.
