  3. so happy miss swift got another pathetic week at number 1 after charging her fans for the SAME album yet again just for a crusty demo

  4. Most of it is just fans rebuying the album over and over because she's releasing new versions with 1 new bonus track. It's an act of a loser, rather than a succesful person, she's too scared to fall down the charts, so she keeps on releasing new versions for her fans when someone else is releasing a new album, so she can occupy the #1 spot.

  6. I still can't believe she named her album "Tortured Poets Department" The level of pretentiousness far too much. Imagine being the poster child of vanilla mediocrity and calling yourself "tortured" and a "poet".

  7. From the Monster Ball to Chromatica, photographer Nick Knight and set designer Andrew Tomlinson have no shortage of experience being on set with Lady Gaga. The creative duo discuss how the pop stars' unbridled creativity challenged them to create dynamic shoots. They also discuss their favourite projects with Mother Monster and why she's one of the hardest-working talents in the industry. https://www.instagram.com/reel/C7RtrCeqiTY/?igsh=bzU3emswbDR4eWVq

  13. At this point my mind cannot grasp the success taylor swift is achieving. Like billie is having a massive debut but somehow a month old album is selling more. This is just insane.

  16. I'll never understand the obsession with Thriller, when Michael's Off The Wall is the superior record. Thriller is an iconic album, but far from his best imo. also, no Bjork in top 10...?! and 1989 TV in top 20? I have to laugh.gif

  17. I'm baffled that Taylor doesn't think this will cause her to make enemies in the industry as well as their respective labels. For someone who talks about how karma is her friend, she seems to be blithely unaware of her own negative actions and how they affect others. To do this on a major artist's debut week is the music equivalent of firing shots. If she pulls any nonsense on Gaga or Lana's opening weeks...I know that she apparently likes them but will that loyalty matter in the face of sales?

  18. Taylor really can't let her work show for itself, can she? It has to be through numbers, nothing else. Mediocrity is thriving.

  19. Katy Perry doesn't excel at anything. She has a cute personality and sounds okay with melodyne but that's it. Nothing pleases me more than seeing her fall from grace. You can just see it in her eyes that she's feeling very insecure and low about the state of her career. It's the humble pie that Katy so desperately needed. If she's going back to generic Dr Luke bops instead of evolving as an artist she can keep it. We won't be streaming.

  23. Taylor's albums are actually biodegradable. They dissolve to nothing after 3 months so you have to buy another one.

  24. When will people read the article and what she said correctly? The entire point of her comment was artists not releasing environmentally-friendly vinyls and variants. Hers are. That's the point. Second, we don't want for Gaga what Taylor is doing. Taylor is just slapping different covers, tracks and versions on the same album, claiming "limited time only" when it's a farse and then releasing different editions coincidentally the same week as other artists' highly-anticipated releases. This reeks of desperation for numbers and is not true artistry. What we're asking for Gaga is music videos, performances, interviews, etc. Not this factory farmed sterile version of "music" (i.e. TTPD)

  25. Is it available only when purchasing a new copy of the album?

  26. It’s not the number of songs, it’s the quality, you can have an 12 track album with fillers and 20 track albums without fillers

  27. Well she is not wrong, this trend to release bloated albums to try and hijack Spotify is dumb af And do I detect a bit of Taylor Swift shade for trying to block her with all those vinyl variants

  29. DJ White Shadow, who collaborated with Gaga on Born This Way, ARTPOP and ASIB, recently won a ASCAP Pop Music Award for his work on ''Bloody Mary''. In a thank you post on his Instagram account, he said: ''THANK YOU @ASCAP FOR THE AWARD. This track was a collab between me and Clinton Sparks, written over 14 years ago. I always held this song dear to my heart and it was my favorite part of the Born This Way Ball. We worked on this song and the Born This Way album for the better part of 3 years in almost every country in the world. I am so grateful. Thank you all for breathing life into #bloodymary again. Thank you to my sister @ladygaga Love you more than you know. (I CAME THROUGH THAT RED CARPET STUNTIN IN THE SKIRT SKIRT SKIIIIIIRT. @ysl @lisaluna.co is my stylist because she is a genius.'' In addition to the post, DJWS shared a screenshot of what appears to be a conversation with Gaga about the Bloody Mary ressurgence in 2022 after it went viral on Tiktok. Gaga says she loves him too and that they somehow always knew the song was special:

  32. Further proof that the charts do not matter which is why I don't personally care when Taylor drops "new" variants to her albums to clutch onto her only claim to success: sales Billie's album is a third of the length and a hundred times more interesting and well crafted Let the billionaire "artist" keep her #1. It's all she has.
