  8. Lady Gaga & Lana Del Rey, would you be here for a collaboration? It's one of my biggest dreams to be honest. I can't even imagine the quality of the final product and IMAGINE the music video!!! This could change the music culture forever.

  9. I like Dua's music and Future Nostalgia was a moment and defined Lockdown for many people, but she is far from a 'Superstar' in the way that Gaga, Beyonce, Rihanna, Taylor etc all are/were. There is a big difference between having chart success and having a real impact on popular culture. The only new artist in the past 5 years that I think even came close to 'superstar' level is Billie, but even she has struggled to maintain her initial success. I think actual Superstars within music was lost many years ago and I don't think we'll see the likes again due to the way the entertainment industry is now.

  10. No. This marketing trend is stupid and counterproductive.

  11. No. In fact, I think the trailers should ONLY show the music (and not the bling)

  12. I definitely think the setlist is immaculate, but the show itself kind of feels rushed to me. I wish she would do Coachella again for LG7 when she's not as busy as she was back then!

  17. Is Miley Silas rise a threat to Lady Gaga?
    7 points
  18. No because Lana would actually care about the music meanwhile Gaga would be focused on how people would like her music and which random collabs to pick for streams.

  20. It was definitely rushed because it was so last minute because of Beyonce's cancellation. However, I think she still ended up doing a great job considering how rushed it was

  22. “Tonight, at the 2024 Emmys, Gomez took the Selena likeness to the next level by channeling one of Quintanilla’s most iconic beauty looks, from the 1994 Grammys. First there’s the sexy but piece-y ’90s updo—complete with a tendril bang curled to perfectly highlight Gomez’s glowing face—done by longtime hairstylist Marissa Marino. Then there’s the jewelry: whether in earrings or a show-stopping necklace, both women knew that sparkles are key to a good night on the red carpet. But most important is the red lip. For Quintanilla, it was a trademark beauty look, while for Gomez, tonight’s vampy dark berry lip is almost certainly from her own brand, Rare Beauty” Link

  24. She's stunning and it's refreshing to see someone so talented without a media trained personality. She's the same in private as she is on interviews which is RARE. The inevitable woman hate train is coming in fast and hard for her so I wish her the best.

  28. Isn't it a scammy kind of marketing? like I want to know if I'm watching a musical or not.. it's like selling me an action movie but it ends up being a drama with a car chase scene.
