  2. I mean, nothing in this interview indicates that Gaga rejected being on Barbie Her involvement was purely fan speculation and wishful thinking.

  4. I was just thinking about how I love songs that have intros and outros, and I was like “Marry The Night both has and does not have an intro in a way” and remembered that the only thing we hear before her voice is her breath. It’s the first song on Born This Way, and it starts with Gaga breathing. Just like when we all were born, the very first thing we did was breathing and right after, we used our voice. Gaga breathes and then sings. I can’t tell if I’m 12 years late or if I’m just very creative? Or stupid? I don’t even know if you guys will understand what I’m asking in my language.

  5. Honestly, she is the first ethical billionaire of this generation. All the good change she’s doing to this world outnumbers bad ones in my opinion. She has changed the world a lot in a better way. So she doesn’t deserve any backlash.

  6. Well, Gaga posted a pic of herself in the studio a month ago, which is more than we can say about Rihanna

  8. The superstar singer was named the biggest celebrity CO2 polluter of the year in 2022, and she looks set to take the title for a second consecutive year as she squeezes in quality time with the Kansas City Chiefs tight end. Swift has not only flown back and forth between New York and Kansas City, but has also made trips in-between performances in South America for her ongoing Eras World Tour as her romance with NFL star continues to develop. Based on statistics tracked by Taylor Swift's Jets on Instagram, the hitmaker's trips have produced 138 tons of CO2 emission to date. The journeys have used up 12,622 gallons of jet fuel, which is calculated to be worth a whopping $70,779. In her biggest trip to date, Swift flew from Sao Paulo, Brazil to Kansas City - with a stop over in Tampa, Florida. The journey used 4,151 gallons of fuel, which is believed to be worth $23, 250. The singer would need to plant 2,282 trees and allow these to grow for 10 years in order to offset the environmental damage caused by her flights. It is the equivalent of the energy used by 17 houses in one year, or the electricity use of 26.9 homes for one year, according to the Greenhouse Gas Equivalencies Calculator.

  9. I think we're more likely to see Gaga drop an album next. Rih doesn't currently seem interested in music(?) but those are just my assumptions. She did drop Lift Me Up, but I don't see an album in the near future. I'd love to be proven wrong though!

  13. Now that I know that it's a musical I don't want to see it ASIB was an exception because the music was mostly performances, but this is like "me brushing teeth and music starts to play in the background and uncontrollably I starts to sing and suddenly there is a flash mob and I find myself in the streets with my pants down"

  14. Wait I think you might be right, I never really noticed the breath at the start before. And the album ends with “Edge Of Glory” - a song about death. Gaga’s always put so much thought, hidden meaning and meta references in her videos/songs so I wouldn’t put it past her. I really think Gaga’s the GOAT of “Easter eggs” and deeper meaning in her art. Other artists like Taylor have Easter eggs that are meant to be deciphered easily but Gaga’s are much more deeper like the Mary the Night video which many people didn’t understand till much later. Paparazzi, Bad Romance videos being entirely about the dark sides of fame and the industry too. Everyone else hating but I see the vision

  15. Imagine being a Rih or Britney Stan, they all released albums last in 2016 and it seems so long since that era with Joanne, Glory and Anti and since we’ve gotten Super Bowl, ASIB, Shallow, Coachella, Enigma, Jazz Album, Chromatica, Haus of Gucci, Chromatica, Rolling Stones collab and filmed Joker. It feels like a lifetime. I graduated high school and college. No shade, just can’t believe it’s been so long

  16. They are sort of similar I guess? The ‘orignal’ is not something I’ve never seen before though… Just another version of the Mad Hatter’s tea party.

  17. But we know it’s a musical? Like that was the big thing when it came out, and we saw how everyone reacted. And anyway, it’s Lady Gaga. Would they choose to release a trailer where she’s not singing

  18. Im not a Taylor hater, but how did she “changed the world”? Maybe when she’s making 1000 versions of different variations of plastic records is ecological?

  27. I'm confused, neither Gaga or anything suggesting Mark Ronson approached her are mentioned in the interview, is it just your wishful thinking?

  28. She didn't steal the idea of tea party and was not accused of stealing this idea, the directing of the performance is very similar, it's almost an identical performance (same movements, same storyboard, almost same expressions) and this is what she pointed out.

  29. Carbon offsetting is just outsourcing being ecological for feel good vibes. It doesn't actually counteract the problem that her own (unnecessarily excessive) outputs will be causing
