A couple of the tracks are better than a few on ARTPOP but the album as a whole is weak.

PRISM was an instant hit for me. It took me a while to get into ARTPOP. I absolutely adore the second half of PRISM; I can really relate to each song (from Ghost to Choose Your Battler)

I'm not a fan of Katy but I'm always a fan of music so I gave Prism a very fair chance and I honestly don't get the hype. There's 2 songs I enjoyed mostly but the album as a whole just fell flat to me. It's more consistent than ARTPOP but the consistency is crap songs. ARTPOP has something for everyone. Just my opinion

Nope. Horrible, horrible album. I cannot believe what the GP likes. when I first heard Roar, I thought it was going to flop. You basically took Sarah's song, and made it into a bad children's song full of cliche's. Dark Horse is a little different, and its decent, but again, the horrible cliche writing ruins it. Walking on Air is a generic mess!! Birthday and International Smile, my God. I cannot believe the success of this album. I just can't. 

 

ARTPOP thought half of the songs are not my taste, half are utter masterpieces. GUY and MANiCURE have witty, Gagaesque lyrics, but hooking beats. Applause is unique, different, and genius. DWUW a R&B heaven. Aura is hott, daring, and experimental. Different. Sexx dreams is so catchy. Gypsy a beautiful electronic ballad. Shame people slander Gaga, and don't give her new album a chance.

PRISM is a mix of fun songs, mixed with emotional ballads.

 

ARTPOP is randomly spread out, we have Loud songs, a ballad, calm songs, etc.

funnily enough... the fact that you describing PRISM is how id describe ARTPOP, Prism is rather random... it's ... too random for me tbh like, whats even the theme

I find it so amusing that nobody in the press is calling out the true flop pop album in this race.....Britney Jean. I even like some of it but if ya wanna know what a flop is, go to Britney Jean. Just saying
