I think Hatsune embodies the blending of ART (the vocaloid technology and projections) and POP (the actual music). We celebrated Gaga for being vomited on for the sake of challenging society's pre-conceived notions of what it means to be an artist. But when we're presented with Hatsune, some say "omg shes not even a reel person god $200 for smething that isn't real ew no thanks". When she says ARTPOP could mean everything, she meant it. AdelaAngelo 0 Posted April 17, 2014 Share Posted April 17, 2014 im srsly scared of what the artRAVE will be like. all that anime and techno stuff. and pink everywhere… lord save me, i hate it. but well, thats my personal opinion, looking at it as whole it really fits the mood of the album. i just wish she'd make a hardcore rock/metal fest-like show, having a band opening for her like the SWINEFEST or SXSW where you can get really drunk and just feel free.. after all, why would she call it a 'rave'.
