Gaga has chosen not to care about the GP... Thats her choice. But more songs flopping than not are inevitable from this point on. That will affect her album sales as well cuz believe it or not some ppl in the GP buy albums too Her success from now on will be purely on touring. Just a recent example by a high-profile artist: Neon Lights by Demi Lovato got released last November and thanks to requesting and everything, it's now #33 on iTunes, Platinum, #12 on radio and still growing - actually becoming bigger than DWUW. It got released in November, and it's almost been half a year since then. It was struggling just like GUY, but thanks to her fanbase and airplay it's now quite a moderate hit you can't say 'GUY IS A FLOP IT HAS NO POTENTIAL ANYMORE' when it only has 9M AI :toofloppy: The situation is totally different. First of all Lady Gagas stuff is usually more well known to everybody than Demis stuff even if it flops. PPL know GUY. It was talked about on TV, the video advertised, itunes advertized MV etc... So its not like ppl dont know the song Secondly unlike Demis song, GUY entered the top chart even before the official release cuz its Gaga who was once the biggest pop star on the planet so some stations jumped on it right away and other stations who didnt play it were clearly whatching its performance... The AI ratio to spins stinks, and its hitting a peak its not a steady climb, AI already fell for a 3rd day in a row So dont get ur hopes up.
