Anybody else have a hard time saying lady gaga to strangers?

I just get worried that people will get annoyed because I bring her up a lot. I also feel awkward talking about her by name sometimes so I just say "her" and usually if you know me well enough, you know who I'm talking about. I don't have any problem talking about how obsessed I am, though. Ask me what I'm doing this summer and I'm like "SEEING 500 ARTRAVES HBU"

At my university, I live with 3 music students, me being the only non-music student. They constantly would bash me for liking Lady Gaga, saying "she's not even talented or a true musician" so I was always awks about talking about her.

But then I downloaded a bunch of her acoustic stuff, and when I'd be making food, I'd casually have it playing on my iPhone and they'd then ask "woah, who are you listening to? She has an incredible voice!!" Or "is that the singer playing the piano too? She's talented!"

And then I would tell them it's Lady Gaga and they were shocked. Converted all three of them by the end of the year and two are now coming with me to the ARTRAVE :whitney:

Omg yes. Whenever I mention Gaga, I always just say it like that: Gaga. Then I correct myself and say Lady Gaga to make sure they understand who I'm talking about. Usually people know me by the Walt Disney World girl or the Gaga girl. Whenever I'm asked about my likes/passions, those two are the first to come up.
