Yeah i know theres a chance that the 4th single will be a hit, but its a big risk if GUY flops, and thats what im trying to say, theres a lot to lose if gaga puts out a 4th single if GUY flops, imo the negative consequences of a flop would outweigh the positive consequences of a hit, so i dont think its worth the risk

It's something the record label will have to consider, looking at all possibilities and outcomes. If they didn't have Gypsy and the tour ahead, I could see them stopping with G.U.Y. Because of the circumstances, they might decided to give Gypsy a try during the summer and to have a single to support the tour. We'll see...

:flop:  what happened?

General radio listeners don't care for the song. Due to the subject matter and the direction Pop radio has gone in the last few months especially, G.U.Y. was always going to be a hard sell.

The majority of casual Pop radio listeners, who are mostly girls and women, don't get or care to get the obsession about being a top or bottom. IMO, all they hear is a song about being a girl "under a guy". The women who are having s-x don't really care for that general reference (and many find it insulting) and the younger girls don't even want to hear a song about it.

Please release Aura as a single.

That would have a worse outcome than G.U.Y. :smh:

IDK if you are being sarcastic but no.

i wasn't sarcastic though :awkney:

she's just getting started to get known so it's normal she can't debut with like 150 000 ? no?

Pharell debuted with like 80k and he has a SMASH #1 single + he is well known through Blurred Lines and Get Lucky - another two smash hits!

Gaga debuted with 250k....

It is obvious that album sales are beyond horrible... So I guess 50k for her is cool!

As much as I love that song, I want Gaga to stay away from dance/pop for now. People clearly are over it... There are zero within the top 20 right now.

 but Dance Pop is Gaga's main genre...

In my opinion, Gaga should keep creating dance pop :lana: #musicnotthebling

Paparazzi, You & I, and Do What U Want prove she can make hits that aren't dance/pop. Oh wait.......
