There are 174 other Pop stations that can add and spin G.U.Y. There are also HAC and Rhythmic stations that can add and play the song. That's exactly what is currently happening. But for and album like ARTPOP that only has one hit - Applause and zero promo on radio currently, or any live performance of the current single which isn't even in the TOP 300, yeah, 15$ is expensive...
