_Lam 597
I still have faith. The fact they released the video at the beginning, that they didn't want to announce the single and that the add date is 2 weeks after the video make me think they are looking for a different strategy. Gaga do not have frontloaded single like before, when they were anticipated and played on the radio months before because radio was to hungry for Gaga music to wait. I think they are truly looking for a healthy single run, where Gaga isn't the center of attention. To me, APPLAUSE was exactly this. Gaga didn't do a lot of promo for Applause and it performed well base on the music and general appreciation. Applause is, to me, the first single run where Gaga wasn't more important than the actual song. Basically, I think they are just throwing a single in the air and they are hoping GP will catch up and that the single will slowly rise to a summer hit. Unlike before when they were pushing a single to death with tons of promo a shock tactic and where Gaga was a the center of the attention.

Blank Space 0
While whining we could request G.U.Y. more tbh, and stream it on YT,Spotify or any other stream service you use, I even made US Spotify account just to stream for Gaga. Don't give up, we still can make it happen! Stay strong Monsters, unleash your inner faith!

Givewaytopeds 25
Tough spot for Lady Gaga. Got a 2 year tour starting soon and public interest in this era died after a month after album release. Reviving songs that didn't make it to the album, might give her a product to sell while touring. But it's unlikely to be a game changer which she needs in the vein of JD, PF, BR. It's been 4 years since BR.

Blank Space 0
Overall: Songs: 185. Lady Gaga - Applause 332. Lady Gaga - G.U.Y. 337. Lady Gaga - Do What U Want (feat. R. Kelly) 627. Lady Gaga - Poker Face 822. Lady Gaga & Colby O'Donis - Just Dance (Just Dance and Poker Face are her best selling songs as always.) Albums: 109. Lady Gaga - ARTPOP 1226. Lady Gaga - The Fame 1397. Lady Gaga - The Fame Monster (Deluxe Version) TF/TFM songs and albums charting show that people misses "Old Gaga", I hope she will comeback someday to her more appealing image. Americano 31,061
Then simply do a re-release, not a seperate act II. Personnaly I think the numbers would be abysal for act II (probably half than Act 1) and she'll get drag even more than now about low sales/whatever bull****. Agreed. If she tries with a full new release this year, she's going to be hammered commercially.
