What if only 5 tickets were released in November and all sold? Does that constitute a sell out show? I can understand it being a sell out if all tickets have been purchased from the ticket procurement source, i.e. Ticketmaster, but if TM releases more, how was it a sell out? Maybe this was why they held all the purchased tickets until this week to ship out. Personally, that was pretty ridiculous and not necessary. You buy them, they should ship them right away.
