I have the last ARTPOP Zone for Australia so I'm pretty excited.

Well Yes

I just bought a new camera and I got a more compact one rather than one with a large lense specifically so I could bring it to the show, do they check pockets at the entry or just bags? At Vector Arena you go right through if you don't have a bag. I'm just paranoid that they with take my camera from me at Allphones. Also do they let you take in water if it's in an unopened bottle?

Well Yes

What would be the best way to get from the city to the venue? I looked on Google Maps and it said it's like half an hour drive so I'm not sure how accurate that is. I assume a taxi would be ridiculously expensive, and I have no idea which public transport option is best. If anyone else wanted to we could meet in the city and find our way together cos I'm going by myself. It's all happening so soon, only two months!!!

I was gonna be staying in the city until I worked out it takes like an hour on the train. F that. I'm staying out by the venue now. Taxi would be mega expensive in Sydney for that distance. :noparty:

An hour??? Wow. Hmm. I haven't booked my hotel yet so I could book something closer to the venue. The only problem with that is then I have to go all that way into the city for the other days, I'm staying for four nights. I could look for somewhere in between maybe.

Or maybe stay out at the venue the night you are going? It'd probably be much easier that way. Then you could just stay in the city the other nights.

From my friends experience, catch a train from Central Station to Lidcombe, and from there catch the Olympic Park express line which is literally Allphones Arena, you'll see ANZ stadium first but it's behind it to the right

Oh yeah, that could work. I didn't even think about after the show (probably cos I don't like the thought of it being over haha) so I guess I have a lot to consider.

Oh cool thanks! I might check it out one of the days before as well so I know exactly what to do the day of the show.
