People are also more likely to go see her on tour. Her live shoes are always guaranteed to be spectacular. Even if you aren't a huge fan, going to a Lady Gaga concert will sure to be a great experience, something to brag about even. People go because they KNOW they will be entertained, love her or hate her.

Touring, song rights from anyone commercially using her music, perfume, her albums sell fairly well which brings more returns than those solely from singles, and people do buy her singles as well. Another plus to her is that she is globally famous, her last tour nearly went to every continent before coming back to the States, she promotes heavily, internationally as well (Europe, Japan, UK, Canada, South Africa, South America, Russia, and other Asian countries, practically most developed markets) All that money goes back to the States, back to Interscope, and right into her bank accounts. She isn't too frivolous with her spending either, puts a lot of investment back into her line of work, thus enhancing its quality to market and appeal to eyes and ears such as ours and potential new ones.

Gaga can't give you something new at every gotdamn moment. The music industry isn't the same as it used to be. **** costs money that y'all aren't even helping to recoup, especially since there are so many people admitting that they didn't even spend their menial coins on her album. You want singles, videos, and tours that outdo her peak and yet you think your 9.99 is going to make a difference. Realize that you're lucky. Imagine being a fan of Janet. We're coming up on 6 years now since her last studio album. We don't drag her for it, we just wallow in our misery while she luxuriates in her riches and her new marriage. Talk about sticking around after troubles? We've been loyal even after the almighty media and GP tried to discredit her and make her an outlaw for the last 10 years. Ya'll thinking you're suffering for waiting a few months for a new single? You have no idea. We live on her flawless discography, her flawless harmonies, her forward-thinking discography which embodies more genres than any other pop girl, songs such as "Empty" which was a forewarning of the dangers of internet relationships before most people even had dial-up access. The biggest kii is that Gaga thinks she's on top of these trends, but she's not, she's on the same level as the biggest pop girls like Katy and Rihanna, all at least a decade behind things that happened while they were still hanging off the tit.

It's largely due to her extremely busy tour. Not only did she sell out almost every show, but she did so many damn dates. I'm pretty sure there were more than 200 shows in a year and a half! What other artist does that!

 

She also gets more songwriting credit than usual because she's very involved in the process. Katy and Britney don't get as much because they have so many people working on one song.
