If you want to put them on your iPhone: You just have to convert the file you want in iTunes to an AAC (.m4a) file. To do that, drag the file to your iTunes, right-click on it, choose "convert to AAC [or something like that]". Then, find the NEW file that you created and change the file-extension to .m4r . Re-add the newly named file (ex: Just_Dance.m4r) in iTunes. It should appear in the tones section. Also, the file MUST be under 40seconds. Otherwise, you won't be able to sync it with your iPhone.
