This is what I secretly want for Gaga I'd hate that, really. I want her to have massive success and be remembered 30 years from now, not fade into irrelevancy. Grace is not irrelevant. She is one of the major icons of the Studio 54 era, and to this day is recognized for her massive impact in fashion. You'd be surprised how many celebrities emulate her style. She even had a portrait of herself made by Andy Warhol! It sounded really good, hope it's an indication of what the beats on ARTPOP sound like. I just hope the lead single won't be a We found love type song where most of the song is just beats with just a few lyrics. Also in reply to someone saying about Fernando being on this record, I don't know how legit they are but I saw propgaga tweet the other day something along the lines of they heard gaga dropped Fernando in the early stages of when the album was originally about the decay of the blonde star Don't know how legit this is though, because don't think it was ever confirmed that, that was going to be the original concept for the album. Gaga has always been pop, but never (well, very rarely) generic. You would probably be happier stanning for someone else. There's plenty of generic stuff around. Oh god, no But I also don't want her to go the Grace Jones route either. I'm kind of hoping she'll create her own path rather than follow anyone else, just continue to do her own thing and made mainstream pop music with a little bit of a twist.
