KATSEYE cancel show 30 minutes before the scheduled start

KATSEYE’s Michigan debut will have to wait, after the pop group postponed their show set for Tuesday night (Nov. 3) at Little Caesars Arena due to illness within its ranks.

“Unfortunately, Megan is unwell and unable to perform tonight, and we want to make sure she has time she needs to rest and recover,” explains a message, posted just hours before showtime.

“We know so many of you have travelled, made plans and been looking forward to tonight. We are incredibly disappointed that we won’t get to see you, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience,” reads the post on KATSEYE’S Instagram Stories.

According to sources at the show, the group did a VIP soundcheck with Megan missing and reportedly resting-up for the show. Doors had opened and fans were seated when a message confirming the postponement was splashed on the big screens, 30 minutes before the scheduled start.  x

What is with all these artists cancelling shows last minute due to 'sickness'?? Two shows in my country were cancelled recently, one was Lily Allen right before the doors opened

Surely they KNOW they're sick more than an hour before the show so why not call it earlier? Letting thousands of people travel across the country, spending their hard earned money (which is more scarce and precious than ever right now) on travel and hotels etc. 

Idk it's just weird. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, maybe they want to push through and are determined to do the show anyway, and then last minute realise they can't. But even that is just irresponsible tbh

I'm quite sure there were already only 2 of the members who were able to perform... That would be only one member on stage, out of like 5/6 members total
