It may or may not need to be re-recorded as she is wanting to do with some songs on the album so I dont think a March release of anything is "completely" out of the question. I would think that unless the lyrics are from the first single then it is from the title track hence #ARTPOP afterwards so it is more likely the album release date if it is in fact a date at all. She's been talking about ARTPOP a lot more lately. She just started tweeting lyrics out if nowhere. Same thing happened with the Born This Way Ball; she talked about it and then for months nothing, but then one day she tweeted about the blueprints, then she tweeted about making the setlist, and after 2 weeks of those we got the tour dates!
