If you want your mind melting over Gaga theory you should check out GagaStigmata on twitter they run a blog about Gaga and her work, Warning though it might destroy and rebuild your view of Gaga. :) im looking at their twitter but they have a link in every other tweet? She's a member of the haus now (and likely designing things for ARTPOP) so if she's tweeted she's 'puzzled' about what gaga says it probably means nothings gonna happen.
