Long version is known by everyone and it's going to get more than 20 million in one week. It could definitely be certified. No one knows that short version is existing... Completely disagree. Getting a VEVO certification is another thing though. The only way it'll be certified is by becoming a hit, regardless of the video's length or how many versions it has uploaded. I think this is good for people that just like her music. A non-fan will not click a video that says "11 minutes", they often just use it as a stream to listen to the music.
