Considering the 7 minute video contains audio for not only G.U.Y. but for ARTPOP and Venus as well, then yes for music channel, and yes for streaming. Talk about massive promo. Plus I personally think the intro is a very important part of the video that explains why Gaga seeks revenge at the end of the video, and that the video wouldn't make as much sense without it. It is nice to see it for some times, but now I go directly to GUY and music channels wont play so easily a 7 minutes video and GUY is the single. If I was someone who fell in love with the song on the radio, I would probably go to iTunes and buy the audio to listen to. I wouldn't want to go to the music channel to watch a video that's missing almost half of its content. I get what you're saying though. If it can be condensed without turning to into a mess, I think that would be okay, but I do think the intro is an important part of the video, and I do think getting that promo for ARTPOP and Venus is great, too. If I heard G.U.Y. on the radio and went to watch the video and heard ARTPOP and Venus as well, I'd probably be so blow away that I'd go buy the whole album. What if people are using same IP address? I dont think youtube will count that way.
