And keep in mind she murders someone in Paparazzi, hatches out of an egg in Bad Romance, and Alejandro is basically about Nazi Germany. You're white-washing her discography to make it seem like everything pre-BTW was totally 'normal' and everything post-BTW was 'weird.' That's not the case. Weirdness isn't what I was trying to illustrate. My point was that in my opinion the videos before BTW were much better. No one can convince me that The Edge of Glory's music video was of the same quality of work as Bad Romance or Paparazzi or Telephone. Simply put her videos have struggled to tell a story concretely. I went looking around the Web for a bit more about her and ended up on her main website. They had a countdown for the video and it was like 2-3 hours left for the Alejandro video! I listened to the audio and loved it! Came back 2 hours letter watched the video and fell in love. Watched all her music videos after Alejandro, loved them all! I didn't know about GagaDaily then but I'm sure those last hours before the release were very exciting for this website!!! Fallowing up Bad Romance and Telephone, I'm sure expectations were high!
