And it's not like Adele has had a flop. And it's not like Taylor were slaying from the left to the right since 2008. Yes, she's a very strong album seller, but her first #1 hit was in 2012. She's still kinda local cause more than 70% 1989 sales are from the USA. That's it She was been slaying album sales for quite a while. I'm not saying Adele won't in the future but you don't know that for sure for two albums down the road. All her 5 albums went to sell more than 4M in the US since her debut (2006), she has hit singles and an amazing popularity among the audiences. Almost 10 years since her debut and stronger than ever.
