They almost positioned her as a single's artist, instead of working on introducing her as a complete artist. That could explain why her album sales stalled quickly and people like Sam Smith are steady and getting more and more recognition. IMO, her label and management should have given her individual singles time to breath on radio, instead of the way they approached her overall roll out this era.
