Guest
I think this will be rare but 1989 won't be the last.
LaLuna 12,732
Why were you worried about Adele though? You just know she's gonna have the biggest selling album of 2015.

SISTERV 3,887
Am I the only one that thinks this talk of a rule change is ridiculous? Forbes, come on. It's just been a weird year. None of the big artists have come out with an album this year except for Taylor. If Katy Perry or even (albeit ARTPOP's sales weren't fantastic, I think she is in a better place), Lady Gaga, or even Justin Bieber came out with an album in a month or two it will likely sell a million copies. Fall 2013 was just oversaturated with a ton of releases all at once. And people can't afford to buy ten albums. They pick their fave.
Rollercoaster 2
slow down Her slow burner happened. People have discovered her. Now all thats left is new material. It is in demand.
FKAJAKE 5
why does it have to be a bad thing though? Albums are becoming more special because people are buying less, like I only buy albums (physically) if I really like them, like i'm not gonna go and buy every album when I'm not that into it. Retep 0
I think it should remain exclusive and an achievement really, otherwise it'll become as obscure as reaching #1 is now.
ItsTommyBitch 12,640
Did Adele retire? My first thought 私自身もこの世の中も誰もかれもが, どんなに華やかな人生でも, どんなに悲惨な人生でも, いつかは変貌し, 破壊され、消滅してしまう. すべてがもともとこの世に存在しない一瞬の幻想なのだから
