Michael 533
Can someone remind me what her breakdown was over? Was it something specific or was it just years and years of pressure finally being released? I can't remember whether something in particular catalyzed it. Nobody really knows for sure. Being the most documented and photographed celebrity in the world (Britney overtook Princess Diana as being the most photographed woman in history) is bound to take it's tole on someone. She was fragile, the press took advantage of her, her management betrayed her, and she also suffers with mental illness.

Qualle1 1,385
Iconic could be in a positive or negative way. No. The word "iconic" has in Germany a completely positive vibe and should not be used in context with a negative situation. I think, it is the same in English. Name me one bad, miserable or negative person in history, who is titled as an "Icon" or an "Idol". MAKE LOVE NOT WAR
