Live Nation wouldn't add second dates if sales were that bad like this person says. He is lying, it's obvious. I can make that stuff up too. I'm emailing Ticketek right now and gonna ask if they are giving away numbers. Watch that liar disappear in a blink of an eye.

I didn't say first dates were sold out. Live Nation wouldn't add second dates if they were selling bad.

I know you didn't - I'm just saying I'm pretty sure they are not though. And yeah I just looked at the "numbers" of tickets sold for the second two shows....there is no way it's just 500 and 750. lol

That makes sense. ;) But that doesn't mean you don't promote AT ALL in some areas, like Australia. Applause and DWUW already underperformed in Australia, so ARTPOP (the album) wasn't very popular. Many people weren't even aware of the fact that she had a new album out, let alone the fact that she'd be performing. She should've at least visited Australia for some interviews and a performance or two, that would've sufficed her enough to ensure good ticket sales.

Yes you are right. While I understand why they are not promoting in the US and in Europe (and I think they are right), I don't understand Live Nation's plan in Australia..  The album underperformed, singles underperformed, Gaga has lost relevance there and still Live Nation planned so many shows in Australia that are not selling well…   In that particular case some promotion would make sense, considering she risks to perform in half empty arenas

Well, Australia is a pretty particular country. When Little Mix released their debut song "Wings" in july 2012, Aussies basically ignored them. But, in october of the same year, they performed on The X Factor and magically "Wings" claim to the number one on iTunes, they gained a lot of fans and their others releases starting to have a very good success there. So, just with one performance or an interview, ARTPOP could sell good copies and Gaga will be relevant again there. And well, obviously the artRAVE will sell out at all. If Gaga wants to defeat Katy, she needs to recover Australia, because is one of the more important markets today.

Moreover, I hope the Israel's date is real, ARTPOP had a good reception there, especially on TV, and she never performed there. Actually Israel loves Gaga and Madonna, and well, Madonna slayed Israel with her MDNA Tour in 2012 (33.457 tickets sold). By the way, what do you think about a date in South Africa or Poland? The Born This Way Ball slayed South Africa, and Gaga had never performed in Poland, and that's one of her more stronger markets, The Fame Monster was Diamond, Born This Way was platinum and ARTPOP was gold. Bad Romance, Telephone, Alejandro, Born This Way (song), The Edge of Glory and Applause were hits on the radios. Katy will perform there in 2015 on the Kraków Arena (15.000 capacity) and she's a flop, lol.

artRAVE: The ARTPOP Ball Tour in Tel Aviv, Israel

Lady Gaga is returning to Israel this September with an artRAVE concert in Israel's biggest park - Park Hayarkon, and perform for over 50,000 people! The official announcement will be delivered this Sunday (08.06.2014), by the producers Udi Appleboim (Who brought Justin Timberlake to Tel Aviv last week) and Bluestone Group (That Brought Rihanna to Tel Aviv last year).

In the conference they'll officially announce the arrival of the queen to Israel, along with prices and tickets types.

Sadly, there won't be an "ARTPOP Zone" this performance, and contain the "Festival stage" that Gaga will be performing at in the festivals shows in US, Canada and South Korea:

1) "Summerfest" in Milwaukee, US [June 26, 2014]

2) "Festival d'été de Québec" in Quebec City, Canada [July 4, 2014]

3) "Ottawa Bluesfest" in Ottawa, Canada [July 5, 2014]

4) "AIA Real Life: NOW Festival" in Seoul, South Korea [August 16, 2014]

The new Melbourne date has sold 500 tickets, the new Sydney date has sold 750 tickets.

Its clear that the tour isnt doing well in Australia. Even before that post, I saw people talking about how strange was that the first dates in Sydney and Melbourne sold out in one day, after they didnt in 4 months. I dont know if that guy really has information from Ticketek, but selling less than 1000 tickets for the second dates based on how the other dates sold isnt hard to believe.

South Africa isnt a place where is the demand for shows on every tour. BTWB did good there, but thats all. The box offices werent out of this world.

She wasnt in Poland with TMB? I think that its the right move to stay away from Eastern Europe. She didnt have a hit from too much time in the region.
