JPM 781
i dont really see the point of gaga doing a festival show in korea, tho? i mean she's the headliner, this means the whole stadium will be there for her, why didn't she just do a regular show? it really doesn't matter. since she's the headliner the actual gross will be reported as well? MonsterOfSpain 8,281
The U.K is a bigger music market though. 6 dates is really small. At least 10 dates would be nice. She only did 3 for the Born This Way Ball, although two of them were in a stadium.

They offered her to do it, and she was already there for Japan so, why not? I think the gross will be counted for the total.

Luc 4,775
it will but i just dont see the point? maybe she'll attract a different kind of audience? Big Bang, PSY and other YG artists are big. Those big names alone will give it enough press, promotion and hype for the date to do well without normal promotion from Livenation. Next to that, Gaga didn't sell out the venue with the BTWBall, no way she would sell it out without some kind of 'extra' press or hype or reason for people to come, after a less successful era. I just don't get South Korean ticket prices, it had one of the lowest ticket prices for the East-Asian leg, yet it's a country where people actually earn more money than in most West-European countries post-taxes

Rainbow Unicorn 82
she did sell it out with the btwball. It wasn't sold-out, but almost I think. Considering that it's a festival and people can buy a pass to see other festival shows, it'll be certainly sold-out Edited April 17, 2014 by Rainbow Unicorn
Luc 4,775
she did sell it out with the btwball. The venue has a 70k capacity, she didn't sell it out because of the 18+ rule..

JPM 781
Well, that's something at least! it depends on the festival, some of beyoncé's festivals were reported with all the performers at once some not.
