There's a lot of opportunities to do some promo this week in Australia... I thought Bobby Campbell would be good enough. Apparently, it's not really what I thought...

so this means no matter how full the venue is at the australian gigs, only 50% of those people actually paid for their spot. that is pretty dire.

Well no, because people already bought tix before this deal came out. So it'll be more than 50% who paid for their tix.

What do you guys think is going to happen for this C2C tour? It seems like it is going to happen, with Gaga saying things about performing jazz the next time she comes back to Japan. Tony's on tour right now (I found out when I saw a poster advertising his gig in my city), so I've looked up his schedule and he's almost completely American based, touring all over the country at small concert halls and casinos. He's doing UK gigs in Glasgow, Birmingham and London, one in Ireland, Austria, Germany, Czech Republic and Belgium, but I think that's pretty much it. The only arena he did was the Austrian date, surprisingly. He did Asian dates (China, Singapore, Japan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Phillippines) and Latin America dates (Puerto Rico, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, Brazil). He did do Australian and extensive European ones, but that was in 2012. If he tours with Gaga, it's going to be quite difficult to predict demand as it's hard to say exactly how many Gaga fans would be willing to pay to see her perform jazz covers with a man they know very little about and how many Tony fans would be willing to pay to see him perform classics with a popstar who's known for her crazy outfits and attention seeking. Especially considering both artists will have just wrapped up their own solo tours. How much money would both sides fanbases have? I'm sure there'd be no arenas, for one thing. I'm sure it would be small concert halls, theatres and casinos and maybe MSG because they're both from NY. Only one date per city/country, though I'm sure. I don't think Gaga will want a long tour after just finishing one and Tony's a bit old for lots of travelling outwith his own country.

I'm sure it'll be a short theater tour.

Tony mentioned playing jazz festivals, which would be a good move in my  opinion. However I hope they do a couple of theatre shows in the UK too.

Depending how Gaga's next album does (in Australia) she shouldn't go there next tour.... So in a couple years when she has huge demand she can go back
