It's their choice whether they want to implement them or not. organizator keep saying we will have the same stage as other europan countries but they also say there might be changes in stage layout so idk  ps. offtopic but can you open a thread in artRAVE: the ARTPOP Ball/Europe for Istanbul date Thank God for that... but does new stage layout mean smaller catwalks?
