For example, the $25 Million rumor ARTPOP promotion rumor should've been denied by her PR team, but I'm doubting she even has one. IKR, considering they immediately denied the rumor about Interscope not liking ARTPOP and telling troy to talk her into changing it resulting in her firing him. The 25mill one was so obviously false if you know anything about PR, record labels or about how lady gaga's finances. It was originally just made up to accuse her of payola.
