Grazie :) Just search for a song and upvoting it usually works by pressing the green button, however Gypsy is not listed. So just type Gypsy in the search box and it will tell you that it's not listed. Now we need to see whether it can be a hit in Latin America (likely; all big US songs have huge potential in Latin America), South Korea (needs promo tbh) and Europe+UK (needs promotion in the UK, Germany, France, commercial in all of Europe on major channels). The best thing about Gypsy is that she can promote both the song and the album by performing it. With Venus I hardly think the label will put money for Gaga to go on a promo tour (France/ Germany/ Australia) and perform Venus on television because the effect will be small on both the song and the album while with Gypsy it has potential on radio + It's a great promo for the album ..
