How do labels make people put a song in a commercial tbh? Do the makers of the commercial contact the label, or does the label contact the commercial makers? And does it cost money for the people putting it in the commercial, or the people wanting it to be promoted through the commercial?

Looks like it's slowing down. The song won't go top 10 unless it rises a lot more or the video is released.

I'm pretty sure the label collects a licensing fee.

Typically the commercial makers would put in a request, and some artists wouldn't let their music be used. Any songs used after it's a long running hit (Roar) probably like this.

Now the labels are promoting certain big songs for commercials during their chart run, they might be shopping them around.

Is the Xtina clean version still available? It was charting earlier, now it's nowhere found.

So Zilla said that Gaga is not responsible for the video delay. I wonder if we'll get it by the end of the week ... just in time to boost it in the top 5 of hot 100 with 4 versions of the song charting and decent Ai.
