It is safe, but fans are severely underestimating the amount of people who will NOT support a song with R. Kelly on it. So by the end of this tracking week it's going to sell like 80k to let's say 564,000 by the end of this week. Then that 250k for Christmas will bring it to 814k. Charting is all about timing and this shipped has sailed. Now sales are different, i think it will continue to sell at a moderate pace because it's a great song. There. Somebody had to say it.
