I don't even blame her for the ARTPOP debut in terms of 2013, I think it's all carry over from the mistakes of 2011. Even then, I think she needs to step it up. Particularly at the AMAs. These low-profile visits to big-level events aren't doing her favors. She doesn't need to be Miley, but she hasnt even been in the discussion the next day lately. I'm not bashing her, but it's true.
