Sure there would be a few missed words and it might not sound perfect, but that's why it's a live performance. It would still sound better and much more natural. She could, but she'd probably get just as much flack for sounding bad and out of breath lol and a lot of old popstars used to COMPLETELY lipsync too, so at least that era is pretty much gone. Diamant_64 0 Posted November 17, 2013 Share Posted November 17, 2013 no need to be sorry, its understandable, but holy ****, that last skit, was kinda depressing, it was funny, but lol, holy crap that almost had me tearing when she was singing the applause...gaga is a really amazing actor, love how she commits to her parts i may be the only one feeling it,but i feel like we are witnessing the downfall, the decay of lady gaga, im not saying she's bad artist, because the girl has some pretty ****ing obvious talent and beauty, but yea... i think its really interesting to see though, but unfortunately with most pop stars it happens, the general public has a very ephemeral and bi-temepered relationship with any pop star, and its like idk...that pizazz gaga had in from like 2008-2011 ish was just amazing, and for some reason i cant feel it anymore despite her again obvious talent, i honestly dont know whats happening hope her success continues for a long period of time though I think her physical plant needs a lot more rest & repair before she can give her all, the way she used to do. That was a terrible injury and if she risks another, her dance career could be over for good. Let people carry her -- literally, even though it looks f*cking bizarre -- for awhile. The sketches were weak at parts, but mostly because they were too short and didn't use the host enough. Like Gaga wasn't used near enough. Her performances were only average in my opinion. DWUW seemed too free-formed and Gypsy had too much going on, but the most important thing is that Gaga seemed like she was having the time of her life! Adakam 2 Posted November 17, 2013 Share Posted November 17, 2013 (edited) The old Gaga skit was awesome, and all the reactions were exactly what she wanted to do it wasnt a downer, it wasnt a prediction or anything, it was a sarcastic way of saying she is actually unforgettable everyone and their mothers got every single of the references she made, the 4 songs, the meat dress, the telephone, everyone who was watching realized that no matter where Gaga is now, or what is she going to do, those things are something that are already timeless and only takes a few notes to recognize plus the visual references, like the bubble dress representing her fashion, the posters and the grammys representing her talent, etc Thats why everyone feels so weird about it, even the guy in the review posted in the other thread was intrigued it represented a scenario that everyone feels possible, that Gaga might be forgotten someday, but proved its impossible oh and about Gypsy, I remember BTW and Judas mic feeds from the last SNL leaked, so I guess everyone should wait a little and it will be proven if it was lip-sync, loud backing track, low mic, or whatever happened, so calm down Edited November 17, 2013 by Adakam Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Even when Tina Fey hosted a few weeks back it was bad. Gaga had some funny moments, and the performances were pretty good (though I found R. Kelly's appearance to be awkward and cumbersome, but it was only their first time performing together). Regardless, I enjoyed it still. If anything we got to wear Gaga wear sneakers and baggy pants. However, DWUW performance was too awkward, never gonna watch it again.. sorry. Also, I'm afraid of her AMA performance with him. If they'll do sth like they did on snl...... damn...
