The ARTPOP developers just set the compatibility requirements wrong on the play store. I will post the apk file once its finished downloading on my nexus 7. Oh my god I will be thankful for eternity and beyond. But you should probably upload the data folder too, since the app seems kinda big. EDIT: Are you fu***ng serious?!?
