craig 680
I can hear the squeals of joy from ATRL and BreathHeavy right now... Make it stop... Any gay pathetic enough to celebrate Eminem beating Gaga (if it happens) deserves a good beat down in a dark alley by some of Eminem's homophobic stans. ryhanna 3,507
I think gaga lives in her own little world where she thinks she doesn't have to worry about popular support anymore. Working on the artistry and music is great, but gaga, please wake up and don't let your career that you worked so hard for slip out of your hands. You know, it's funny. She seemed so engrossed with creating the album, and she spent so much time and effort on it, and it was like 'her baby,' but she's not going out of her way (so far) to promote it. Maybe she's only really passionate about creating, right now. I swear that she said a couple of years ago that she would "promote every album like it was her first," or something to that effect. Areej 0
yes and most of them were higher than the others during their international breakthrough. Katy with TD Rihanna with GGGB Britney with BOMT But with Gaga it was different you know, she was a real cultural phenomena. Much bigger than them even in their peaks. chris777 112
But with Gaga it was different you know, she was a real cultural phenomena. Much bigger than them even in their peaks. Britney was HUGE in her peak too. and not only in the charts (mostly with album sales) she had cultural impact too. Rihanna was big in 2007 (not as much like Gaga and Britney in their peak but still)
craig 680
Question: Suppose that by postponing SNL and running around doing every late night and morning show possible, Gaga could squeeze out another 30-40k first week sales BUT she would have used up spots that could bring 50-60k sales closer to Xmas. Would you make the trade off? Go crazy frontloaded for debut bragging rights?

Rihanna was big in 2007 (not as much like Gaga and Britney in their peak but still) Yes Britney sure was!!!! Didn't notice you dropped her name. As for Rihanna not really I don't think she was ever close to that impact.
Pitch 204
as long as gaga release gypsy and GUY as the next 2 singles everything will be fine, but knowing gaga she'll probs cancel DWUW and release Dope on the 25th dec and end the era LADY GAGA/madonna/katy perry/little mix/ariana grande/selena gomez/britney spears/taylor swift
