It might, on radio. If it keeps getting good updates, it's almost guaranteed. Who's to say they won't play two songs at once? If it wasn't : Applause would have CMA affect anyways. It is an option in iTunes. When there is an album which you have song from it iTunes says you to you can complete your album. If they will count ( sometimes I dont understand how Billboard choose to count the views that are not from videos upload it by the official artist page), it should help it debut better than Venus, maybe top 20.
