What wouldve been perfect is a video next week, but obvs thats impossible so maybe a lyric video to capitalize on the album buzz. Yeah, she really needs to get a lyric video on YT ASAP. I dont even think if we look at the top 10 airplay hits of 2013 Treasure would be in there. It only peaked at #5 at pop radio. I assume she's planning on releasing a lyric video for DWUW? A song like Roar does that better and Unconditionally should be great at that (eventhough Unconditionally is quite a boring ballad about something too relatable ). All speaking from personal experience . But really, Unconditionally is a better single choice. You all just overestimated Katy's power after Roar, a hyped lead single after the immensely popular Wide Awake, The One That Got Away and Firework that had a big radio deal, promo everywhere on the Internet and huge hype because she'd compete with Gaga.
