Kermit the frog

I don't worry about what he has done, I just enjoy the song and be happy. Y'all act like he sings about raping kids in DWUW tbh.

Oh no! I rly don't give a crap about what he did, I was just referring to what you said in general  :(

People don't change they are what they are. He is not a legend.  He is only known for his distaste to woman.

He's an R&B legend.

People do change. Some do, some don't. If you live long enough, you will learn that one day.

Answering what you said then, just "don't give a crap about what they did" :laughga:

If you see me posting like crazy, I'm either bored or procrastinating.

Well, I believe people do change! I don't think you're the same when you're 17 and when you're 37 huh?

That is way different...

And he is a legend lol  He is a bigger legend than all of todays "artists" like Nicki Minaj, Katy Perry etc...

Could you please link me the interview she says that? Cause in all the ones I've seen she says she randomly putting him there cause he is an RnB legend who lives in Chicago and she happened to be there when she recorded it. Period. My point is that she is just caring about his voice and what he has to offer as an artist. It is not like she is making a song about pedophilia as a good thing as you guys make it sound. Why is it so difficult to just enjoy the song without caring about the singer's personal life??

I think it's on twitter, or something. Something like that, haha.

I understand the idea of enjoying music without the stigma of the artist's personal life (very ideal, but it'd be nice). For the most part, I do, even with R. Kelly. It's just that others don't.

3 points in and ready for more

People can change if they want to.

For sure - Has Richardson? Has R Kelly?  In the performance they did at the VMA I thought he is looking up her dress when she was on the desk.  No change.

The thing about R Kelly that I don't understand is - he's completely GUILTY. He got out of everything because of a technicality - i.e. they didn't have a warrant to search his home. So despite finding concrete evidence of criminal activity, he's walking around as a free man.

The thing that annoys me the most about R Kelly is - okay, he completely denies doing what he did yet he releases such s-xual material. "I'M NOT A SEXUAL PREDATOR" yet his new album is entitled "Black Panties". I'm COMPLETELY for expressing s-xuality in music, especially RnB and Pop, but WHY WHY WHY, after the allegations made against you in the past in your words "aren't true" (thus DWUW) - WHY do you want the public to see you as a s-xual predator in your music?! It would probably be okay if the allegations weren't true - using s-x in his music could be like a "**** you, I'm not changing my life because of false allegations, this is who I am" la la la but HE IS GUILTY and if you believe otherwise you are delusional. I personally just think it's completely inappropriate.

Sexual songs =/= songs about having s-x with young teen girls.

Urban stations are playing R Kelly's music and there is an audience for his music and they are buying his album.

If you think his music is inappropriate, don't buy his album. It's that simple.

what the ****? seriously? get a grip

those are not rumous, there are videotapes, there are evidence. "know that he's not sorry" - yes, rapists usually are like that.

read this and educate yourself http://blogs.villagevoice.com/music/2013/12/read_the_stomac.php

the fact is that, that was years ago, and this is now. People change. Everyone makes mistakes. And don't don't start cursing and bashing me because I made false point.
