Phlop 4,773
I've heard Venus in clubs, straight ones too. And people LOVE it. Idk, but I think it can smash. It sounds soo different in clubs than in your room. Still think if she can pull risky single, Venus should be it. BYE
Marco 731
No. That was the mistake she did with BTW. She let some obvious single material for the last part and that didnt happen anymore. Gypsy needs to be the 3rd single. Good point.

KingOfSpain 10,010
Isn't everyone supposed to be happy now that DWUW won't have this weird "live" music vid? Thank God. I was scared! MANiCURE is still ridiculously catchy. Don't see how you all hate it so much. All I can hear myself singing is "Can you feel it, Can you feel it, Can you feel it,". Amen Am I the only one that thinks the new "Can you feel it can you feel it" part of MANiCURE is way better than having the "heal me" chorus. You're not alone. Studio version is 1000x times better than the Swinefest one, even though it slayed. http://gagadaily.com/forums/topic/227246-ceremony-gagas-videography-megarate/

MANiCURE and ARTPOP only if all other singles are top 10 hits. 2. I want VENUS AND GUY the same way we listen to them on the album, first Venus ans then GUY. NewYorkCity 10,517
I want to go out a a gay bar the first weekend after ARTPOP officially drops. I just can picture a drag show set to Donatella right now I don't care if she panders to us, I'll take it. That song is flawless. Not single material though, the GP wouldn't get it lol. Do you say that because of the lyrics? Because everyone who has listened to the song because of me (friends, my mum, my brother, etc) LOVE that song. But well, they don't understand the lyrics... anyway, It is epic. When the chorus arrives... I almos jumped out of my chair while listening to it for the first time. I would be really happy if it becomes a single
VforVendetta 2,024
whats classy in it? they just threw photos and text and printed itWhite is classy. In a similar way of thinking Bad Romance is a video with no background, since everything is blank-white. It will be much more beautiful when you keep it in your hand trust me. NewYorkCity 10,517
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I've never thought that leaks would afect that much to sales. I mean, the person who wanted to buy it, is going to buy it anyway. (most fans) Same goes for anyone who has listened to it and didn't want to buy the album (most haters) And the potential buyers, aka the GP... well, the 98% of those people don't know about the album leaking. Bt1 5,213
I found some great reviews for Dope on ATRL : slantmagazine When Lady Gaga revealed the bizarre cover art for the final pre-release promotional single from her upcoming album, ARTPOP, it was hard to reconcile both the title of the track, "Dope," and the Gorillaz-esque caricature of the singer sporting grills and several scrapes and bruises on her thighs and torso with the version of the song she first previewed at the iTunes Festival in September. Simplicity is next to godliness when it comes to pop music, but the melody of the original was elementary, the arrangement bland, and the lyrics riddled with bromides like "I'd rather be poor and happy than rich and alone." Formerly an ode to Gaga's "little monsters" uncharacteristically titled "I Wanna Be with You," the schmaltzy piano ballad has been transformed into a rue-soaked, electro-rock lament about substance abuse and lost love. "I promise this drink is my last one/I know I ****ed up again/Because I lost my only friend," she intones at the start of the song, affecting an intoxicated slur. Gaga has been very public about her supposed battle with addiction, and whether or not it's just an another costume for the singer to wear, she's nonetheless composed a convincing anthem of remorse: "Just one last puff and two last regrets/Three spirits and 12 lonely steps," she vows before proclaiming, "I need you more than dope." Maybe it is indeed a song for her fans after all. --- PopCrush While Lady Gaga‘s ‘ARTPOP’ has leaked, she has officially released ‘Dope,’ the last taste from the album until it’s legal, Nov. 11 release date. The song was due to drop at midnight on Nov. 4, but it has arrived early, and boy, we’re glad it did, as it’s a dramatic, piano-driven power ballad, one with an incurable ache in its bones. Melodically, ‘Dope’ reminds us of ‘Hair’ from ‘Born This Way,’ thanks to its epic and contemplative nature. The hook finds Gaga admitting â€I need you more than dope,†summoning her soulful voice from the depths of her belly. It sounds like she woke up after a visit from her musical muse, sat down at her piano without brushing her teeth and took a swig from a bottle of whisky and started singing. It sounds that natural and that raw. While it’d be easy to assume that she is tracing the steps of detoxing from d--gs, this is Gaga we are talking about here. There are plenty of layers to sift through. She is learning how to let go while trying to hold on while arriving at some difficult truths. “I feel so low / From living high†is easily the best lyric of the song, and could go down as one of Gaga’s best … ever. It’s not easy to face reality or to do so with a clear eye and a clear head, but that’s what she’s doing with ‘Dope.’ The self-realization is set to a melancholic melody that almost hurts to listen to. There’s not a lot accompanying Gaga’s voice in terms of instrumentation, but that’s so her voice can be the focal point and the centerpiece. The construction of ‘Dope’  Gaga’s voice, powerful lyrics and a piano melody– reminds us of Rihanna‘s ‘Stay.’ It’s naked, sacred and laid bare. It’s confessional pop at its very best. While ‘Dope’ may not go on to be a (mother) monster radio hit  or maybe it will, if programmers have ears!  it will easily become beloved by the little monsters.4.5/5 stars Who knows in what this can transform? Maybe even in album sales.
