I would assume not - it doesn't seem like Capaytol is pulling Roar, stations are just dropping it to play Unapologetic instead. I'd assume the same would happen with Applause/DWUW. Now that the Venus high has gone away, listening to Venus and DWUW back to back, I can't choose a favorite. Both are extremely strong songs. But DWUW is the clear single. I'm glad Gaga/Interscope changed their minds. Venus would have been a more nerve-wracking era than Applause. I'm thinking during the DWUW we'll be able to sit back and relax. Total of 150k.. And that is without Venus and Dope boost or any massive promo. Plus Itunes is calculated to be 40-50% of album first week sales. Teenage Dream opened with two bigger singles than Born This Way's, and Gaga's first week sales still crushed Katy's. People obviously just think Gaga is worth their money over Katy.
