If you visit http://www.jpegmini.com, you can download software that will reduce the file size by around 3x, without losing quality or scaling it down. I had difficulty using the online application, but when I downloaded the software it worked a treat. If you have any problem, message me and I'll try and help! I hope you manage to submit your piece!
